Me Noémie SADLER
Founding partner
Me SADLER is a criminal lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since 2016. She acquired solid experience in two law firms before deciding to found SADLER & Partners in 2020. Me SADLER assists you at all stages of criminal proceedings (investigation, pre-trial detention, trial, enforcement of sentences) and whatever your capacity (suspect, perpetrator, victim).
Education:

- Master II Human Rights at the Faculty of Law, Strasbourg (France)

Me Catherine WARIN
PhD
Me WARIN swore her oath in 2017 after she obtained her PhD from the University of Luxembourg. She joined Etude SADLER & Partners in 2022.
Her areas of practice include European Union law, human rights and fundamental rights, administrative law, and asylum and immigration law. She has authored several publications in those areas and she is an associate professor at the University of Lille.

Me Julie Oé joined Etude SADLER & Partners in February 2024 as a legal adviser and was sworn in as a barrister in June 2025. She specializes in European and international human rights law, immigration law and asylum law.

Me Manna DELAROCHE
Lawyer
Me Manna Delaroche joined Etude SADLER & Partners in March 2026 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in June 2026. Specializing in fundamental rights and international criminal law, she primarily practices in the areas of criminal law, human rights, asylum and immigration law, and family law.
Education:
- Bachelor of Laws in Public Law, Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Nantes;
- Master 1 in International and European Law, Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Nantes;
- Master 2 in International and European Protection of Fundamental Rights, awarded by the University of Nantes in partnership with the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF).
