Me SADLER is a criminal lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar since 2016. She acquired solid experience in two law firms before deciding to found SADLER & Partners in 2020. Me SADLER assists you at all stages of criminal proceedings (investigation, pre-trial detention, trial, enforcement of sentences) and whatever your capacity (suspect, perpetrator, victim).

Me SADLER is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English, German and Spanish (basic)

Me WARIN swore her oath in 2017 after she obtained her PhD from the University of Luxembourg. She joined Etude SADLER & Partners in 2022.

Her areas of practice include European Union law, human rights and fundamental rights, administrative law, and asylum and immigration law. She has authored several publications in those areas and she is a Lecturer at the European Institute of Public Administration, at the University of Luxembourg and at Sciences Po.

After starting her career in debt collection and enforcement with bailiffs’ offices in Paris, Me Elise ORBAN joined the Luxembourg Bar in 2015 and Etude SADLER & Partners in May 2023. Me Elise ORBAN has acquired experience and a reputation for professionalism in litigation within a number of well-known law firms in Luxembourg, and she specialises in the following areas:

• Debt recovery,
• Bankruptcy and liquidation,
• Immigration law,
• Family law.

Ms. DA SILVA MONTEIRO joined Etude SADLER & Partners in 2021 as administrative assistant. Ms. DA SILVA MONTEIRO is fluent in in Luxembourgish, Portuguese, French, English and German.
